Four Ways to a Better Burger

All recipes use our Best Choice 100% Beef Burger.

Pesto Patty

 

8 Best Choice Beef Burgers, cooked

6 ounce Best Choice cream cheese, softened

2 teaspoon Best Choice lemon juice

3 tablespoons pesto

Shredded Romaine Lettuce

8 buns

 

Beat together cream cheese, pesto, and lemon juice; divide among burgers. Top with shredded romaine lettuce.

All toppings serve 8

 

 

Hawaiian Style Burger

1 Best Choice Beef Burger

1 slice of Best Choice Pepper Jack cheese

1/4 green onion, thinly sliced

1 Best Choice pineapple ring

Bun

 

Top each cooked Best Choice Beef Burger with 1 slice of Best Choice Pepper Jack cheese, green onion, and a pineapple ring.

 

 

Saucy Burger

Recipe for the sauce:
1/2 cup Best Choice mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Best Choice ketchup

1 tablespoon Best Choice yellow mustard

1/4 teaspoon Best Choice garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon Best Choice paprika

Pinch of Best Choice cayenne pepper

Toppings: Best Choice Cheddar Cheese, Tomato, Lettuce and Best Choice Dill Hamburger Slices, Bun

Use 1 tbsp of sauce, top with Best Choice Cheddar Cheese, Tomato, Lettuce and Pickles

 

 

Cowboy Burger

2 Best Choice Beef Burger cooked

2 Best Choice strips bacon cooked

¼ cup Best Choice French Fried Onions

2 Best Choice slices  of Cheddar Cheese

⅛ cup Best Choice Sweet and Tangy Original BBQ sauce

⅛ cup  blue cheese

Best Choice Hamburger bun, toasted

Assemble burgers by placing one hot, cooked beef burger onto the bottom half of a hamburger bun. Place cheddar cheese and bacon on the first burger. The hot burgers will melt the cheese. Top with an additional burger. Place cheese and bacon on the second burger. Smother with BBQ sauce and top with crumbled blue cheese. Finally, top with onion straws. Place top half of hamburger bun on top.
